- Matt Jordan13.05.2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆What I thought was a simple bass set up turned out to be a really disappointing experience. Raymond, the guitar "technician" called me up saying he couldn't set up my bass the way I wanted and went on to tell me I had to pay double strings because he broke one and I should've known that It can't be done. He was really unprofessional with his use of bad language. We eventually settled at returning the bass back to its normal state and he sent the bass back to me unstrung with the wrong size string he broke.
The guys in the shop were really friendly guys, ufortunate this was my local shop. I won't be returning.
