1. Initial phone conversation was followed up with an estimate of service costs
2. Friendly and personable greeting when I dropped off the car
3. Communicated with me about any additional service features/costs during the day
4. Full explanation of the car service and future service requirements
5. Car was immaculately cleaned inside and out on collection – totally unexpected but very much appreciated!!
6. Bag of Snakes sweets sitting on the passenger seat – now that’s going the extra mile!
